Terms & Conditions

  • We are an environmental-friendly hostel and therefore doesn't have elevator.  Some rooms are on the 4th floor (good for exercise).

  • Smoking is prohibited by law in the whole building and all the rooms.

  • Credit card information is required to secure your room, no charge will be made to the credit card.  However, some room types require a deposit to guarantee the reservation.  We will contact you directly if that is required.  

  • Original passport require at the time of check in.

  • We do not allow any sexual tourism activity at our property and reserve the right to refuse a booking or services for Thai visitor/guests.

  • Reception has the limited hours from 8 AM to 8 PM. Late check in (24 hours) is possible. For any late check in, PLEASE EMAIL US ONE DAY IN ADVANCE AT "SMILEDTHAILAND@GMAIL.COM" OR SEND US WHATSAPP NOTIFICATION AT +66-95-228-2415 OF YOUR ESTIMATE ARRIVAL TIME OR YOUR FLIGHT DETAIL.  We will get back to you on this confirmation and arrangement.  

  • Please note to touch local culture of Thai lifestyle, we kindly ask our guests to remove the shoes at the entrance of the living area.

  • A family traveling with children under 12 is recommended to book a private room for comfort.  Children under the age of 4 if share bed with parents is free of charge.

  • The hostel reserves the right to charge for any damage that was caused by the guests.

  • For the safety of our guests, all visitors who are not register with the hostel are not allowed into the guest's area but permit only in the reception area during the opening hours.

  • In the case of any rule breaking, the deposit will become non-refundable.

                                                            CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation or any changes in your booking, please contact us by email at smiledthailand@gmail.com 3 days prior to your arrival.  For high season time (December - January, April, and July), the notification needs to by 7 days prior to arrival otherwise the guest will be charge for 1 night of stay.

  • For any no shows, the guest will be charge for 1 night.
